Marty started his professional computer career in 1980, when ten megabytes was more disk space than anyone would ever use, and 64 Kilo-bytes of ram was enough memory to launch a manned trip into outer space!

Marty has worked as a trainer/installer for computing systems, setting up and then conducting multiday training seminars to teach non-technical users how to use the new programs they just bought. He spent two years in end user sales, six years as both the customer and dealer support manager helping users and resellers resolve problems.

In 2000 he started Kesem Technology, a full service computer, network, and web technology services company. Kesem works with businesses of all sizes.

His business experience includes 15 years operating Kesem Technology, as well as service on the Board of Directors (Treasurer) for the Greenbelt Cooperative Inc, a public stock corporation, formerly operators of Scan Furniture and the largest consumer co-op in the United States. He has served on the Board of The Vivaldi Project, a non profit music education organization and presently serves on the Board of the Regency Condominium Association.

He resides in Washington DC since 1991, and is married with two children.

Deborah is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resource Certification Institute; she is also certified to administer several assessment instruments. She currently serves on several boards including Lincoln Technology College, Howard County Human Resources Society, and Girl Scouts of Central Maryland.

Dr. Howard M. Lipman has two undergraduate degrees and one graduate degree.  In 1987, he received his B.S. in Microbiology from the University of Maryland @ College Park. In 1989, he received his second B.S. in Human Biology and in 1990, his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the National College of Chiropractic in Lombard Illinois.

Dr. Lipman was 1 out of 9 people who successfully passed the Maryland Board of Chiropractic Examiners license test in March of 1991.  He proceeded to work for and learn under the most prestigious Doctors of Chiropractic in Maryland, to hone his craft and truly follow his calling to serve people through the healing arts and science of chiropractic.

In January of 1999, following his entrepreneurial nature, Dr. Lipman started Reisterstown Family Chiropractic, specializing in helping people deal with the day to day stresses that damage the body and interfere with being able to truly engage in their individual lives, pain free.

Dr. Lipman continues to further his knowledge base and is actively pursuing an advanced degree in Chiropractic Postural  Biophysics to enhance the practice’s mission of restoring to people “ The Health they Never Knew.”
